"Most Valuable Player, Outstanding Athlete, Workhorse Award, Most Dedicated" are just a few of the accolades that I have received throughout my athletic career.  However, the one that I value the most is "Most Dedicated."  It goes hand-in-hand with self-discipline, which is the character that I learned during my sports career that has helped me throughout life.  Being self-disciplined and dedicated to hard work helped me to be an outstanding athlete that earned me a full four-year college scholarship to Florida A&M University in track & field.  Such character also enabled me to start my own business, which I have been operating and serving the Tallahassee area for over 10 years.  I love track & field and it is an honor for me to pass the character, knowledge and skills on that I have gained to youth who want to excel in this sport and in life."
